Grand theatre condominiums consists of 20 residential units between 1,285sf and 1,380sf all with 2 bedrooms. The building is 4 stories and includes a covered parking garage and a 3,200sf rooftop patio.   

How much are the condos?    The condos range from $355,000 - $399,000 which includes tiled floors and granite countertops   

After I pick a unit, when will it be completed?  Once you have picked out your interior decor, the construction will be complete in 60 days.   

What interior choices can I make?  Inside our on site design center, we have a comprehensive selection of granites, tiles, floor  coverings, paint colors etc...  Exclusive designer series packages + 6 hours with an interior  designer to help you make your choices.   

Will there be a lot of extra costs when I pick out my finishes?   In our base price we include many high quality items such as granite for the kitchen and  bath countertops, tile floors in the kitchen, hallway and baths, and so on.  Our design team will be on-hand to help you with your selections.   

What other amenities are included with the unit?   Each unit has a private balcony that is wired for your stereo speakers.  Grand theatre also  has a luxurious 3,200sf rooftop patio, which also has an indoor  “common room”  that you  can use at your leisure.  There is a video security system at the front door for your protection and the garage area is also locked and gated.     

May I have a grill on private balcony?   For safety reasons, no grills are allowed on you balcony however there are two grills located on the rooftop patio.

Is there assigned parking included with the condo?   Each condo owner will have 1 parking space in the garage that will be numbered and personalized w/ the owner’s name.    

Is additional storage available?   Additional on-site storage is available—see your salesperson for details.   

Is there an elevator?    Yes there is an elevator that can take you from ground level up to the rooftop.  There  are also two sets of staircases in the building located at both the west and east end of  the building.   

May I rent my unit?   Yes, units can be rented on a weekly basis or longer.    

Are pets allowed in the building?   1 pet under 20lbs is allowed per unit.  Sorry, renters are not allowed to have pets.   

Where are the mailboxes located?   The mailboxes are located on the ground level off of the lobby.    

How much is the association dues?    The association dues are $125.00 per month.  This fee includes interior and exterior maintenance, utilities of common areas, trash removal and recycling.
